Flax Article Manager
End User License and Agreement
License
Flaxweb grants you a non-exclusive license to use Flax Article Manager on
one installation to be accessable by one URL (web address), which is non-transferable,
if you wish to install Flax Article Manager on another domain, you may buy
another copy, or buy a multiple domain license.
Terms
Flax Article Manager comes with a lifetime licensing. However you will only
get updates for the first year, to continue getting support and updates
you will have to pay yearly after the first year (if interested). The software
will remain completely functional but will be unsupported and no upgrades
will be made available.
Exclusive License
With an exclusive license Flaxweb grants you a license with (XX) number
of copies of Flax Article Manager which you may provide to your customers
under your own company brand (your company name in copyrights).
An Exclusive License holder gets free updates of the version they have purchased.
If an Exclusive License holder has purchased v1.0 of Flax Article Manager,
they will be provided updates for v1.0 only. Exclusive License holder will
not get any updates for new versions e.g. v1.1 or v2.0. If you want to get
the updates for the new version(s), you will have to pay again for the new
version(s).
By owning exclusive license you cannot futher sub-license Flax Article Manager
to third parties, you can simply provide X number of copies (license) to your clients.
If any of the Exclusive License holders fail to follow our terms and conditions,
their license will be terminiated immediately, no further support will be
provided and their company name will be published under "illegal distributors"
of our software.
Copyright Notice
You may not modify and/or remove copyright notices on/from each/any page
unless copyright removal license is purchased. You may purchase copyright
removal license here.
This is limited to removing copyright notice from "footer" or
"footer.tpl" file only. You may not remove copyright notices from
the .php files.
You are allowed to :
- customize the template's design to suit the internal needs of your
web site.
- produce and distribute modification instructions, tutorials, skin
packs and images.
You are not allowed
- distribute the software
- permit others to use/modify software
- reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on
the software for distribution or usage outside your web site.
- use the software in such as way as to promote/encourage terrorism,
or provide pirated software, or any other form of illegal activity.
- to provide / sub-license our software to third parties.
- use the software in such as way as to promote/encourage terrorism,

- distribute individual copies of files, templates, or other material
provided with the software package.
Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind,
including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the
quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. The security mechanisms
implemented by Flaxweb Software have inherent limitations, and you must
determine that the software sufficiently meets your requirements.
Termination of License
This Agreement will terminate automatically upon failure to comply with
the limitations described herein. On termination, you you are not allowed
to use any copies of our software. Termination of the license due to noncompliance
will not result in any refunds of license fees.
Flaxweb reserves the right to change/modify terms without any prior notice
